Free Storage Period
Items are stored free for up to 30 days from the check-in date.
You can select items at any time to request shipping or consolidation, and no storage fees apply during the free storage period.

Storage Extension
Once the free storage period ends, storage is automatically extended and additional fees apply.
Any storage fees incurred after the free period will be charged when you submit the shipping request for that item.
